TERMS OF SERVICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  The rates quoted are for reference only and shall be
subjected to changes if there are abnormal
stains/paint/rust/foreign matter that is difficult to
remove.
2. Abnormally difficult cleans as stated above should be
highlighted to the company prior to the job with images
for us to provide our quotes.
3. In the case where the company accepts the job without
being first informed of any abnormalities, the company
shall not be liable for the same.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. A 50% booking fee will be collected upon confirmation
of your appointment slot. The booking fee will be
refunded if you inform us of the cancellation more than
7 days in advance.
2. The full invoice price is to be paid after job handover.

PUNCTUALITY

A 15 minute grace period will be provided for all jobs. If the
premises is not made available to our workers after the
grace period, the payment may be forfeited and
appointment may be rescheduled for another day of work.

ON THE JOB POLICY

1. No external contractors or workers are to be present
upon commencing the cleaning service.
2. Personal belongings are to be kept away prior to the
cleaning service.

**The company shall furnish all necessary services, labor, supervision,
equipment, supplies and materials needed for the satisfactory performance of
the work and cleaning services in accordance to the company’s
in-house standards. No expressed guaranties or warranties shall be granted.
Any personal belongings left on the premises are left there at their own risk. The
company shall not be held liable for any belongings lost, stolen or destructed.
Clients are assumed to have read, acknowledged and accepted
the terms and conditions before engaging our services.
